At Empeon we know that the client relationship is the cornerstone of our business success. The Account Manager position is a key component in enhancing and deepening our relationship with our customers.
The person who will excel in this role will be a self-starter who can function well with a wide-open canvas and does not need detailed instruction to function. The Account Manager will primarilyserve asthe single key point of contact for each of the clients she or he manages. This role is about taking ownership of client relationship and building the processes necessary to proactively support and maximize that relationship on an ongoing basis. The Account Manager must be able to both articulate the features and benefits of our software and demonstrate at each of our modules for clients. This role will also serve in an inside sales capacity to upsell and cross sell new modules as they become available.

- Experience with Payroll, HR, and/or Time and Attendance Experience (as a client, or for a provider of such services)
- Work with our customer to understand their needs
- Share best practice guidance with our customers
- Demonstrate new features and modules with our customer
- Manage each client interaction in our Hubspot CRM
- Become an expert on the Empeon Software
